Scout runs daily at 6 AM CT. Each run produces 3 to 6 high-fit corporate-gifting accounts with a named buyer contact. Fit scores 0-100. You will see them here, sorted by fit, ready for review and to flag for outreach.

Outreach Drafts

Drafts will appear here

When you mark a contact as ready for outreach, the Outreach Drafter agent composes a personalized email referencing the account’s specific gifting signal. Drafts never auto-send. You review and send manually.

Social Drafts

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 AM CT

One Instagram draft (brand voice) and one LinkedIn draft (founder voice) per run. Rotating themes, no repeats. Drafts include image briefs and hashtag suggestions. You review and post manually. Never auto-published.

7:30 AM CT, weekdays

An emailed morning summary lands in your inbox: new accounts scouted, hot contacts, drafts waiting on your review, and pipeline movement from the last 24 hours. Brand-styled, mobile-optimized.

  • Inline status updates. Drag deals across pipeline stages. Stage changes update the customer portal automatically.
  • War Room persona switcher. Toggle which persona drafts the next outreach (CMO voice vs founder voice vs strategist).
  • Activity feed. Unified timeline of every system event: scout finds, outreach sends, deal advances, social posts approved.
